NASPO ValuePoint, in collaboration with the Lead State of Colorado is seeking to establish a new portfolio and Master Agreements for Transit Vehicles for all Participating States. This project is being led by the Department of Transportation through the lead state of Colorado.

The Master Agreements may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual state procurement director and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.

The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposal (RFP) for Transit Vehicles and Related Options, Equipment and Accessories was released by the Department of Transportation through the state of Colorado on December 19, 2024.  The RFP number is RFP 25-023 NM.  The RFP is available on Colorado’s procurement system website using the following link: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado.
